False Advertising no return policy and horrible ordering system

This product doesn't do what the commercial shows. Not even close. They don't even stick together. You can't make anything that they show on TV it falls apart. They come in brown packaging the company is too cheap to even make packaging for it. They don't allow returns. The ordering system took me 20 mins because they offer you so many other products and upgrades. I called to buy the $19.99 pack and there was a message asking if you want the family pack for $24.99 so I thought it was an upgrade. So I got 2 packs and they charged me twice for the $7.99 shipping which is WAY too high. So $60.00 for a product that is horrible can't be returned and I only intended to spend $25 + shipping. I have tried to call to talk to someone and you can't get through to anyone ever. This company should be investigated by the better business bureau. HORRIBLE!More detail ...

My children all 6 of them have enjoyed wikki stix for years. They are a great QUIET activity perfect for car trips doctors waiting rooms etc. They don't take up a lot of space so are nice to pack for a trip especially. The only downside is that they do leave a residue which is hard to remove from glass and other surfaces. I read so many reviews on Benderoos and Wikki Stix. I didn't know which ones to buy. One got more bad reviews than the other. I was not so concerned with the cost. I wanted the things to work! So I bought both. THEY ARE THE SAME. Both sticky both bend both don't dry out. I think I read that one has wire (like pipe cleaner) and one is yarn; NO. They are both the exact same product. Best Burt's Cleanser

For my facial type which is very sensitive and somewhat dry this is the best cleanser. The poppy seeds do not dissolve and help to scrub the face. The actual cleanser is moisturizing and smells just like cooking muffins (of the lemon poppy seed variety of course). My skin never feels as if it is reacting with this as I have had problems with in the past with other cleansers. I would recommend this product for sensitive dry or normal skin.
